Bye-bye long locks. Photos taken shortly before I chopped my hair.

Something has happened to me, I can’t deny it anymore. It seems – I’ve got the cold weather blues, it came cunningly, little by little. Creeping into my bones. I long for warm days frolicking at the beach, picnics at the park, wearing sandals and ditching the thick layers & winter coat. This weekend, I found a few ways to get out of the winter rut by chopping off my locks (6 inches), wore this outfit in the cold, a night out with beloved blogger friends (movie, dinner & a glass of sangria) and ventured into a hookah bar to watch Santa be naughty. How do you deal with winter weather blues?

Gasp, you cut your hair?? Can't wait to see it! LOVE this outfit. The ruffles in the dress are great, makes the flow girly and sexy! LOVING those shoes as well! Great color, love the platform…Steve Madden has done it again! I just stay home and wait for winter to pass 🙂 Nothing else to do hehehe

I used to get those cold weather blues as well. I'm sure it has a lot to do with getting less sun. But for some reason I'm enjoying the cooler temps. This weather forces me to be a bit more creative with what I wear every day.

Anyway, this is such a pretty outfit. I could definitely see this in a magazine spread because of your styling. And that freaking awesome figure of yours makes the styling even better 😉
