I love to poke fun of myself & goof around a lot. Laugh & have fun. Hello lovelies! I finally found some time to do an outfit post despite being ill. How’s everyone’s week going so far? Sorry, I’m not my usual chatty Kathy self. I’m barely staying awake at work with all the medication I’m ingesting. I hate having asthma & what I hate even more are people with healthy lungs destroying theirs by smoking cigarettes. Don’t get me wrong, I know its their personal choice and I’m the unlucky one with the bad lungs, but it irks me at times when I’m struggling to breathe & they don’t even realize…

All Platform No Heel
I’ve been too overwhelmed with everything lately, but I always find balance whenever I wear “the shoes.” As most of you know, I’m an avid shoe collector, lover, addict. Of course, I just couldn’t say no to these gravity defying shoes. Ever since being captivated by Alexander McQueen’s “The Armadillo” boots & Noritaka Tatehana’s 9.1-inch “Night Makers.” I’ve become smitten by these works of art. Here I am sans make up taking a break from work & enjoying a few hours at the park. Jeffrey Campbell STR8UP in red.

Girls just wanna have fun
I remember as a little girl I loved wearing lace dresses and to this day, I still do. Its one of those things you never outgrow, its timeless and a fashion must-have for any closet. The past couple of years has been so exciting, as we push the envelope further and further. Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of mix n match and the rules, well we’ve thrown it out the window and were having a lot of fun. Thanks Sadia for my make up! As the weather warms up, I will be able to post more lace looks from my collection over the years. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s posts: Eyewear and Fall Fashion Trends.

Fresh & Youthful
Reem Acra Spring 2011 Happy Monday to all! I trust everyone had a wonderful weekend. I took this weekend off from blogging and enjoyed unwinding with Sadia sipping mojitos, stuffed my face with nachos, drove all over NYC doing errands, prepared a home cooked Italian meal with my partner in crime, aka hubby, read the current issue of W Mag and squeezed in some time to color my hair. Now I’m recharged and ready to tackle this week. It has been blistery cold here in New York and I am starting to wonder if Old Man Winter is ever goin away. To kick off the week, let’s start it off with some…
