I Really Love Life Right Now

    August 26, 2015

Hey guys! Hope you have all been enjoying your summer. Can’t believe its about to end. It has been an incredibly wild ride to say the least. I definitely cannot complain since I’ve been living my life to the fullest and experienced things I’ve only imagined. Both good and bad. A lot of personal growth, exploration, creation and no doubt fashion forward style game on point—sharper than ever. When you see me on the mean streets of the Big Apple you will know what I’m talking about 😛 For fashion doesn’t belong only to the fashion houses. We can look to them for inspiration, but the “it” factor is something…

    Pattern Mixing: Break the Rules!

    September 25, 2012

Park Avenue @ 40th Street Park Avenue , New York Tribeca, NYC Tribeca 5 foot 11 Half Italian-half Filipino  Whoever said you can’t mix dots & stripes was dead wrong.  We’ve all been bored with our wardrobes at some point in time and have been tempted to bravely break fashion rules.  The key to print mixing is to have fun, be daring. Most importantly, leave your reservations at the door.  Yes, it can be daunting, but take a chance—jump in. I don’t care if you are in rural Alaska or in the middle of Times Square. Subtle to bold to graphic – print mixing is here to stay and continues…

    Walk the Edge

    August 22, 2012

Jeffrey Campbell – 4 Evz Peep-toe platforms with metallic detailing, need I say more. These towering platforms by Jeffrey Campbell will make anyone look rad and they are perfect for summer. On the comfort level I would give it a 6 out of 10 and wearability depends entirely on one’s sobriety.  For those who are seriously thinking of getting a pair these run TRUE TO SIZE.  There you have it ladies & gents, till next time. Toga Party

    July 26, 2012

Guten Morgen everyone! So far, I am having an exciting, fun Summer here in the big apple, but due to the overcrowding (who doesn’t love NYC in the Summer) I’m looking forward to a little time away. In the meantime, I find refuge from this congestion in places in the city that has not been advertised in a movie or tv show. And for that, I am deeply grateful for these places that I can still call my own, free from the crowds, and transports me back to the old New York I remember and love. I dug up this dress from my closet with price tag attached, it fell into…

    Prints Charming

    December 20, 2011

Jeffrey Campbell Dressen (buy below) Jeffrey Campbell Dressen Hello dolls! So glad to be blogging again after last week’s whirlwind; my wedding anniversary, office holiday party and I caught the flu in between. Yeah, I know – it only happens to me & my sickly lungs. I was highly disappointed with my office party, but I’m happy to report that my anniversary dinner is worth talking about. We went to this wonderful place that you MUST-VISIT while in NYC called Mari Vanna (with locations in Moscow, St. Petersburg, London & soon to open D.C. & Miami). I’m sure you’ve all guessed it’s a Russian establishment, a very cool one I might…

    Gaga for Vanessa

    November 7, 2011

Gaining an hour back really does make a whole lot of difference. Today, I feel recharged. Finally some decent sleep over the weekend. 1st Monday in a really long time that I am awake, not groggy. How about that. Well I guess, I need to work on getting more of this thing called sleep. So, how was your weekend? Anything exciting? As for moi, Hubby & I ventured into Queens (1 of NYC’s 5 boroughs & #2 behind, Manhattan IMO) for some Italian & Colombian food. One thing we miss the most about living in Queens is the food. The choices will make your head spin, all thanks to Queens diverse group…

    October 28, 2011

Sorry for the late post lovelies. I have been super busy at work – having very limited time to do posts, read your comments, visit your blogs & reply to said comments. I promise to visit as soon as things die down. Hopefully, I will be able to find time this weekend. Maybe tomorrow since its going to snow in New York. Yes, you heard it right snow in October. Enjoy your weekend & here are some photos taken while the weather was over 80 degrees, 28 days ago. Wearing a few of my favorites: maxi dress from Forever 21, shoes from Steve Madden & military inspired jacket from H&M.…
